• Employment Application
• Recent Skills Checklist
• Professional References
• Current NMC statement of entry and Photocopies of PIN Card
• Professional and Specialty Certifications
• Current CPR and Manual Handling Certifications.
• Documentaion of EU citizenship or letter from the Department for Education and Employment confirming their right to seek employment in the UK. (this must also be confirmed by a relevant stamp in their passport).
• Proof of their national Insurance Number ie a recent payslip, P45 or P60.
• Immunisation certificates for Tuberculosis, Rubella, Varicella and Hepatitis B (including a Hepatitis B Antibody Level Test)
• A valid Criminal Record Bureau clearance certificate.

All documents are authenticated and each member's file is reviewed frequently to ensure all certifications and PINs remain current and valid.
